Shrouded
Isles Installation
To activate
Shrouded Isles you need to first install the expansion. Once you
install and patch double click the new dragon icon (which can be
found in the C:\Mythic\Isles folder).
At the top of the server selection screen, there will be a button
labeled "Activate Expansion." Click on this button and
then enter in the Shrouded Isles CD-Key. Once you click OK, your
account will be active for the expansion.
Please keep in mind that Shrouded Isles CD Key's can only be used
once per account. If you have multiple Dark Age of Camelot accounts
you will need multiple retail copies of Shrouded Isles.

In-Game
Graphics Problems
Almost
all in-game graphics problems can be resolved by updating your video
card drivers. Graphics problems are most often seen when displaying
the paperdoll in your inventory screen. Ensure that you have updated
your graphics card drivers to the latest version, and this will
fix the problem.
If
you have a GeForce based video card please update to the latest
driver version which can be found at http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
If
you have an ATI video card please update to the latest driver version
which can be found at http://mirror.ati.com/support/driver.html
Billing
Issues
If
you are having any problems with subscribing (credit card errors,
address errors, etc...), please call us Monday – Friday 11
AM - 8 PM EST at 703-934-0169 and press option 1 for billing. You
may also send an e-mail to support@darkageofcamelot.com,
and we will respond to you as soon as possible with a solution.
If you are calling in regards to “account information change”
please have your account name and secret word ready when our billing
representatives assist you. Please remember, no one from Mythic
Entertainment will ever ask you for your password.
