NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

 - The particle effect on the Dochar Druid Hammer has been fixed.

CLASS CHANGES AND FIXES

Mauler

 - Maulers now have Realm abilities.

 - Maulers will receive Testudo, the Warrior Realm Rank 5 Realm Ability, as a placeholder until their unique RA has been finalized.

 - Maulers from Hibernia and Midgard should no longer receive the parry skill

 - All maulers should now evade properly.

 - The Fumble and Combat Speed Debuff lines of spells should now have recast timers of 30s

 - All Mauler style procs now do Matter damage type.

 - The Nearsight Dampening line of spells should now properly work for the mauler's entire group

 - Maulers will now receive the Irreverent Gesture taunt spell at level 5.

 - Maulers should now receive protect and intercept at the following levels.
[Note: These abilities will not affect existing maulers; you will have to create a new mauler to receive them.]

Protect 1 at level 7
Intercept at level 12
Protect 2 at level 13
Protect 3 at level 18


Heal-Over-Time Spells

  - Function of the two spell lines has changed.  HoT1 is now a true Heal-Over-Time spell line, and HoT2 is now regeneration.

  - Spells in these lines should now properly affect groups.

  - Durations have been increased to 30 seconds.

  - Recast timers have been increased to 30 seconds.

  - Power cost has been reduced by half.

  - The effectiveness of HoT2 spells has been doubled.

TRADESKILL CHANGES AND FIXES

 - With this version, we are introducing capital city crafting bonuses. When crafting in Jordheim, Tir na Nog, and Camelot City, players will receive a 10% bonus to crafting speed and a 5% bonus to skill gain chance for all tradeskills.

 - Mauler Fist Wrap weapons have been added to weaponcrafting in all three realms

LABYRINTH WORLD NOTES

- Minotaurs will now start in tutorial zones when the tutorial has been selected.

 - Bindstones for each realm have been added to the Labyrinth. Players can view/use the bindstones when they come down the spiral stairs from the main Labyrinth entrance.

 - The artwork for many areas of the Labyrinth has been updated.

 - Dungeon entrance icons have been updated on the Agramon mini-map and each realms New Frontiers mini-map.  Players may find the second entrance in to the Labyrinth at the following locations:

Jamtland Mountains
Emain Macha
Hadrian's Wall.

Players will not be able to zone in to the second entrance until they have discovered its whereabouts inside the Labyrinth.  [Note: Animations for the dungeon piece art are not final].

 - As the result of tester feedback, AI of a number of monsters in the Labyrinth has been adjusted.

 - Many of the mini-boss encounters in the Labyrinth have been adjusted.

 - More "mini-bosses" have been added to the Clockwork section of the Labyrinth.

 - The encounter for the Construct Assembly Room has been adjusted for the new artwork and room elements.  The whistle at the beginning of the room is currently not active, so a workaround has been added for encounter testing.  To use this workaround, “interact� with the cart labeled 'whistle.'  This will turn on and off the parts of the encounter associated with the whistle mechanism. 

 - Fixed an issue with the 'Master Norr-ice' encounter that would cause the students to sometimes attack in tandem rather than one at a time as intended.

 - (Pendragon only) Removed the Minotaur and Mauler requirements on the NPCs that grant experience in the tester room.

CAMELOT CLASSIC WORLD NOTES

 - Corrected an instance where some guards in Mularn would spawn with their race displaying incorrectly.

SHROUDED ISLES WORLD NOTES

 - Reduced the amount of drakoran mobs who wield bows in Avalon City.

TRIALS OF ATLANTIS WORLD NOTES

Oceanus Encounters

 - Eternal Plant: Lowered the number of followers and fanatics that can spawn in the progression of this encounter.

NEW FRONTIERS NOTES

New Battleground

 - A new battleground, Cathal Valley, has been introduced with this version. This is a new battleground for players who are levels 45 - 49. Cathal Valley is a brand new type of 'open field' battleground, empty of keeps and towers. The Realm Rank cap is 4L9 and the Master Level cap is ML5.

DARKNESS RISING WORLD NOTES

 - The spawn rate has been lowered for Legion and all of its minions in the final chamber leading to the Lair of the Demon Lord.

 - The majority of common monsters throughout the hallways of the Chapter 3 dungeons have had their spawn rate lowered slightly. Monsters found within the hallways leading up to and inside the "Boss" rooms have not had their rate adjusted.


COOPERATIVE SERVER

 - The Keep Lords of Dun Scathaig and Dun Crimthain have been fixed with regard to their teleporting of players out of the keeps upon spawning.
