Please make sure you are using one of the standard user interfaces, as currently there is no support for the Champion Experience bar for custom user interfaces.

Please bear in mind that in order to view your Champion Level Experience Bar in the standard interface, you would click on your EXP bar.  By clicking on your EXP bar, you will cycle between Experience (EXP), Realm Points (RP), and Champion Level Experience (Champ XP).
