In order to reset the default configuration for your game, please delete the user.dat file.

You can find this in one of the following locations:

Windows XP, Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition:

C:\Documents and Settings\<windows login name>\Application Data\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\<LotM or TOA or etc.>\

Vista:

C:\Users\<windows login name>\AppData\Roaming\electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\<LotM or TOA or etc.>\

Upon restarting the game, all settings will be at their default level and the game will generate a brand new user.dat file.
