The fields are blank or cutoff when signing up for a new account. What can I do?

First make sure you have the latest video card and monitor drivers. If all drivers seem to be up to date, please perform the following:

First, right click the Windows desktop and click on properties.

Next, click on the settings tab, then click on the advanced tab.

Next click on the general tab. Under DPI settings, please make sure to set it to NORMAL. This should resolve the problem.

On the account registration screen, the data entry fields and the labels do not line up. What can I do to resolve this?
