The teleport merchant in Gothwaite Harbor is selling a Hearth portal scroll and a Guild Hearth portal scroll. Can I use one of these to teleport to the housing zone?

Only homeowners can use the Hearth Portal scroll, and only guildmembers with a guild house can use the Guild Portal scroll. All other players will need to enter through the gates.

I combined a 1and 2 of 3 scroll with a 2 and 3 of 3 scroll. Where did the extra 2 of 3 go?
