This page was designed as a way for you to get help from our Technical Escalation Team as rapidly as possible. The information you include with this form will help our technical staff determine quickly what might be causing issues that are hindering or preventing you from enjoying Dark Age of Camelot.

If you have a DXDIAG report you need to send to Technical Support, please include it in the field below.

A DXDIAG report is a text document created by Microsoft's DirectX system that details exactly what drivers you have installed on your PC. To create it, click on start, select "run" and type the word DXDIAG. Click on "Save all information" in the dialog that follows. Then, select all the text in the window that appears, copy it, and paste it into the box below.

If you have a traceroute report you would like to send to Technical Support, please include it in the field below:

A traceroute report is used to show latency and packetloss along the way to the Mythic Entertainment servers. You are looking for red numbers in the %Loss column and or high ping times in the ms column. These are usually indicators of some sort of an internet connectivity issue.

Please visit http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/htrace.htm and download a program called HyperTrace. In the address bar at the bottom, the IP to trace is 206.112.64.6. Click OK to close and then click Trace and wait for it to finish. Once the trace is done, click on the Copy button and paste this information into the field below.
