The following is what you can expect from DAoC Customer Support. This list is by no means all inclusive, but is intended to provide a general understanding of what can be expected from our support structure.

1. In-Game Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Telephone and E-mail Support is available from 11 am - 8 pm EST, Monday - Friday.

3. You will get a timely response to your question or concern, based upon CSR work-load. You will not receive a response to "How Do I" types of issues.

4. You will receive unobtrusive and professional support.

5. We will make every attempt not to interfere with you or the game, unless absolutely necessary in the performance of our duties.

6. You will be treated fairly and equitably.

7. Any incident that could be construed as a violation of our policies will be investigated fully, with the benefit of the doubt being given to the customer, prior to action being taken.

8. All disciplinary action will be resolved as quickly as possible, and will be based on the severity of the violation, the situation in which the violation occurred, and your account history.

Devon Coming Down

The Devon Cluster needs to come down immediately to resolve an issue with some chat commands not functioning correctly. We expect Devon to be back at approximately 5:00pm EDT. We're sorry for the inconvenience everyone, we'll get the Devon Cluster back up as soon as we can!

Updated 2:35pm EDT: The Devon Cluster is now back up earlier then anticipated! Thanks for your patience.

Updated 3:35pm EDT: We needed to take Devon back down because of a housing issue that cropped up after the cluster came back up. We're sorry everyone, but now we estimate that Devon will be back up at approximately 7:30pm EDT. Please keep an eye here for updates!

Updated: 5:45pm EDT: The Devon Cluster is now UP!

The Grab Bag is on vacation tomorrow for the July 4th holiday, but it will return next Friday filled with answers to your questions!

Billing and Tech Closed Tomorrow

Our Billing and Technical Support department will be closed tomorrow so they can spend time away from the phones and enjoy the July 4th holiday. They will return to their desks on Monday at 11:00am EDT.

As always our In-Game Support guys and gals will be at their desks, diligently answering your appeals. Remember to offer them some kind words and maybe a light show with some fireworks!
